Effective date: 28 September 2026

Connecting Google access to OOP Google App does not approve a new publication. Thanhyen Nguyen operates this owner-operated app for OutOfPrint Recordings. Google consent identifies it as oop-google-yt. There is no public registration.

Functions and permissions

The app reads YouTube channel identity, video metadata, status and processing information, and uploads approved videos. The owner controls content, channel selection, visibility, schedules and holds.

Optional read-only YouTube Analytics provides views, watch time, percentage viewed, subscriber gains and losses, reporting dates and engagement totals. Reports do not identify individual viewers.

Recent top-level public comment samples include display names, author channel identifiers for grouping, counts and comment/video links. Current summaries do not retain comment-body text.

Separately authorized, read-only Search Console access covers owned website properties, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and selected indexing information. YouTube consent requests neither Gmail nor Calendar access. The Google Sheets planning workbook uses a separate service account, not additional YouTube-consent permissions.

Records and reporting

Google and YouTube receive authorization/API requests, approved uploads and metadata. Queue entries, results and selected API response metadata enter the workbook and local records. Local storage also holds videos, reports, historical metrics and access/refresh tokens. The app does not collect Google passwords. File, workbook and backup permissions determine operator and collaborator access.

The enabled private Telegram owner digest includes sampled public commenter names, counts and links. Codex and connected AI tools receive aggregate channel data for owner-requested summaries; sampled commenter identities are removed from social-summary AI input. A separate cover workflow uses public video titles and approved reference images with Codex and image-generation tools.

The app uses Google data only for disclosed publishing and reporting features and does not sell Google data, use it for advertising targeting or use it to train general-purpose models. The operator commits to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Shopify hosts these pages under its own storefront policies. Page content contains no Google credentials.

Owner control and contact

Handling is manually administered. Authorized-owner Analytics and statistical history may remain for comparison, with authorization and continued video existence rechecked at least every 30 days. Other API metadata, including exports and archives, must be refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

Valid emailed deletion requests stop relevant collection; app-controlled copies, including backups, are removed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. Revocation detected through routine access checks requires affected stored-data deletion as soon as possible and within 30 days after revocation. Provider cleanup is manual; independent platforms may retain their own records.

Revoke Google access; revocation does not itself remove stored copies or YouTube videos. Manage originals through YouTube Studio. See the app privacy policy for details.
